Respected Sir,
My name is Sourabh Agarwal, my uninor cell number is ********71 (Jharkhand). I was in Vodafone network which I ported to Uninor, it get activated on 13th september, 12. It was working fine
But from 22nd september outgoing facility got disconnected. I conteced customer care for help, I was being told that document is not being submitted, I was surprised as I had given all document required for porting to the retailer and my number was also activated for around 10 days. I then conteced retailer same day letting him know what had happened, he told me that he had send the documents to Uninor office (Jaiswal Complex, Sakchi, Jamshedpur) from thier (uninor) staff only. As my outgoing was blocked and I need to activate it soon, I give another document to retailer and instruct him to submmit it personally to Uninor office.
On 23rd Sep, 12, when he visited office and enquired about my previous document, they got it in their drawer. Taking it very lightly they told retailer that number will be activated soon.
Instead of outgoing getting activated my incoming also get disconnected from 24th sep, 12. My retailer conteced Uninor office many a times infront of me but they always tell that number will be activated in few hours.
Because of Uninor carelessness, my many money got wasted in PCO in 3 days as I was having free minutes and message card in my number.
I kindly request you to look into my problem and re-activate my number soon. And I want a compensation of Rs. 150 talktime from Uninor service provider for blocking my number without any fault of mine.
