according to your offer I should get 42000 lcl U2O and 120000 lcl U2U every month for three months. For the first month I have received that offer, but from the next month I am not getting the offer, whenever I am calling your customer care they are just ignoring the matter and used to say that the network maintainance is going and you will get your offer very soon. I have already called your customer care for three to four days, and they are just ignoring the matter.
I am very much frustrated about your service and customer care as i have paid money and now i am not getting the offer so whenever I am dialing my balance is being deducted. so what is my benefit after availing the offer with Rs 551/- if I have to pay for calling now.
Therefore Iam requesting you to kindly see the matter seriously and I hope you will take necessary steps as early as possible.
