I purchased a laptop DELL INS.5559(I3/6TH/4/1TB/W10/SLVR)+OFFICE from EUROTECH INFOSYS (DELL EXCLUSIVE) ,G-2 ,ASHOK BHAWAN, 93,NEHRU PLACE ,NEW DELHI-110019 on 3-N0V-2016 . I found that my laptop camera is not working and there is some connectivity issues in the wifi connection so I took my laptop to DELL AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER , (DEVIKA TOWER ,NEHRU PLACE -110019).
DELL SERVICE CENTRE diagnosed that the LCD cable need to be replaced . My laptop is in warranty (1year+2year extended) for 3 year. (PLZ FIND WARRANTY DETAIL IN THE ATTACHMENT) .After keeping my laptop for 4-5 days they told me that PPID(Piece Part Identifier) is not matching as per the shipment details.
DELL team is declining for further service for my laptop as the PPID numbers don't match with there database.
I have purchased sealed packed laptop box from the above mentioned dell exclusive store and I am using this laptop for my personal use. I have submitted my laptop to DELL service center for the first time after the purchase. My laptop is never repaired or opened ever before . It was sealed as it , as it was at the time for purchase.
Moreover , DELL service center leader told me that not only the cable part no. but there are 2-3 more parts whose parts number are not matching with there database . Here are the details which I have received from email from the DELL service center .

You had submitted your laptop in issues Webcam not working, wifi issues. We had diagnosed & found LCD Cable needs to be replaced. We had requested the same under Service Request No - SR********5. Dell found the PPID(Piece Part Identifier) is not matching as per the shipment details with your laptop. Another Part no found on the LCD Cable.
Also found discrepancy in your LCD as well. LCD part no is not matching as per the shipment details. Both LCD & LCD Cable part no’s not matching with your Service Tag. Both part belongs to another service Tag. Below are the details:
• LCD PPID: CN01W7NH********00JXA00 Belongs to FMCQK72
• LVDS Cable PPID: CN0MC2TTDATI26560H7JA00 Belongs to FMCQK72
Dell denied part replacement on your WIW laptop. Kindly collect the unit from service center.

This email is telling that my laptop is containing parts of some another laptop of service tag no. FMCQK72. How can this be possible? My laptop is never opened before after the purchasing . This laptop is personally used by me . I have submitted my laptop to DELL service center as in same original condition as I bought . I am totally fed up . I have contacted the DELL service center several time . I LOST MY TIME , MONEY EVERYTHING just because of this .My laptop is still with the DELL SERVICE CENTER. I will not collect my laptop till my issue is solved. I DON’T WANT ANY PROBLEM IN FUTRE(LAPTOP WARRANTY 3 YEARS) . I WANT REPLACEMENT OF MY LAPTOP .NEVER THOUGHT THAT DELL WILL DO LIKE THIS . KINDLY HELP ME OUT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
