I have a complaint regarding the working of Nagpur Regional centre.
The Regional Director of IGNOU Nagpur has spoiled the entire environmemnt of the centre. He is not attending students complaints.He his getting all his work done from the daily wages employee which he has appointed.He is using unprofessional language with the staff members like" Kab sudheregi" & "Kab sudherega Tu". He his treating all the daily wages employee as his personal bonded labours. He his behaving like a autocratic. Even when the Vice-Chancellor paid visit to Nagpur Centre none of the daily wages employee was allowed to talk with him or discuss our problems with him. He said that if anybody goes against me will lose his job. Due to the fear of losing job nobody is making any complaint against the Regional Director.Please take necessary action against Nagpur regional Centre RD otherwise one day you will have to close down the centre.

sir i send my fees to aligarh regional centre in the year 2009 and a letter coming back from ignou aligarh that my fees was not complete so i send a draft of rs 600 again to complete the fees but till now they are not registered me in 5th semester and when i talked to aligarh regional director mr.bhanu pratap then he says that he didn't receive any draft sir what can i do.
