i m a retaieor from gadarwara, dist- narsinghpur since ur idea started in gadarwara. but nowaday ur employee gourav sharma (tse) don't care my type of retailer. he don t come at my shope. generaly otp is their mean. i m not being informed any scheem and he has corrapt all system in gadarwara. he don't pay me for my target achivment. he works for some counter. i m in loss just because of ur tse and now i don't wana to work for idea if gourav sharma in gadarwara.

I am the retailer of Idea cellular company at Panipat as Chouhan comunication.
my compliaints is-

1. I sale idea sim under term that if i sale the sim target provide by company , they will give me reward(gift) for it. I sale the sim but they do not give me reward(gift).

2. I took this target from Royal Distributer Panipat on october-november 2012

Its too late but they don't give my gift.

please sir look my complaints and take appropriate action.

meri sim 8.05.12 ko band hui thi jise mene aapke idea office rao me doc. ke sath 50 rs ke sath diya .to unke mob.no me le kar aaya .usne kaha 2 din me sim chalu ho jaye gi magar13.05 tak chalu nahi hui or uska mob. lagaya to wo mera call kat diya karta tha 5 din tak .jab14.05 ko gaya to kahta hai mujh se sim chalu nahi ho gi

I am oldest retailer in this zone..
But, from last few months i m facing problems..
If i sold out new connection of IDEA co. then definitely, 2 out of 4 connection will be disconnected...
I don't know whats the reason ..
and every time from distributor point required another identity copy of customer.
I asked where is my first document..?

I am facing regularly disconnect the customer no from my Distributor point , without any error or fault.
