even after deactivation of the gprs plan
sir,
I state that

1. I actvated a Rs 5 daily plan for gprs on date 05/11/11 at 10:00 hrs

2. I request deactvation of the plan on the same day at 16:00 hrs

3. But your company did not deactivate the plan and deduct Rs 5/ daily
till 8-11-11 , in between i daily requested for deactvate the plan
by sending the sms to you.

4. on 8/11/2011 you send me a sms at 15:00 hrs that "your request for
gprs deactvation is procceed and sl. no. was given 1********07,
JUST after it a sms came on 16:00 hrs that your Rs.5/- has deducted
as gprs rental, when you, deactvated the plan at 15;00 hrs, given me
a no, than how my balance deducted as gprs rental.

5. on the same day ie 8/11/2011 at 16:27 hrs I got a sms "zero rental
pack is is activated , on your no.

6. on today 09/11/2011 at 16:29 hrs i got again a sms that your
new plan is activate as per your request (sl.no-1-3 PEDQ-739), and
again a Rs 5/- balance deducted from my balance,while I have not
requested for again actvation for any plan

now please tell me that what to do, WILL u deduct the balance like
this way daily and will misguide the consumers.
what are your polices to actvate
and deactvate the services?

this is a mental harrasement of the consumers

I am a diffence personel & serving the country.

you are requested to resolve the problem and refund my balance,
which you unauthorised deduct from my balance
