sir,
iam frustrated with your station staff at duvada on 5/9/2013.
iam travelling on janmabhoomi express with pnr no ********85 with my aging parents.
there is only on foot over bridge in duvada station with no acess to 4th platform through it. usually janmabhoomi express is scheduled to arrive at platform 1.
our coach is d1 which is at engine's end. at the last minute they changed the platform of janmabhoomi arrival to 4th for sake of goods train.
i don't understand how your staff could justify the action.
we didn't have enough time to go all the way to foot over bridge as it is at the other end,instead with the help of co passsengers took my parents undeneath goods train to platform no 4.
this is not the 1st time this change of platform for express trains has happened at duvada.
how can your staff prefer a goods train in 1st platform to a busy express train and make all elderly passengers run at the last minute.
my sincere request to you to is to look into the matter as early as possible and instruct your staff not to agonise elderly passengers with their untimely decision.
