I hereby discussed my problem with Mr.Anessh David but was not satisfied with the service you provided. The misguiding and misselling of your agent Mr.Vishal Sharma agent code :******** to us and selling the policy stating the investment for 1 year when I received the policy and his cell number was unreachable since then. he has clearly manipulated the form we filled for 1 year was done to 16 years and according to IRDA insurance we cannot cancel the policy b ut according to them your agents cannot mis selling the policy. so hereby I want your guidance for futher steps and me aslo launching the POLICE complaint aganist fraud by your company. So kindly revert to me as soon as possible my mob no : 0********30 .

Dear Mr. Nandakumar,
This is with reference to your complaint raised on June 21, 2012 alleging misselling. Our customer care representative spoke to you over the phone and informed you that we are unable to cancel the policy as it is out of freelook period.
As per our records the policy document was dispatched on 31st March 2011 through First Flight Courier vide airway bill number F11817861 and the same has been delivered on 05th April 2011 to the above mentioned communication address.
Based on the above we consider your complaint as resolved.
