Hello Sir/Madam

I have purchased an item from the website Knocz.com on the Jan 8, 2014 (reference no 1170) valued at INR (Indian Rupees) 5425.00. I never received the product. I have sent several emails and even contacted them on Facebook, but no answer. I also called but I was told that I would receive an answer in 48 hours and it never happened.

It is one of the most unpleasant online shopping experience I encountered.

Please look into the matter and advise as necessary.
