Hello Sir/Madam

I have purchased 2 dresses from the website knocz.com on the 27th July 2014 for Eid valued at USD $110.69 and had told them to stitched the dressed but they still did not send me the invoice of stitching,they told me that they would send me the invoice now but I have still not receive the invoice nor receive the dresses. I have send them several mail and even mail them on Facebook but no answers. I have also called them but they dont receive the call.

It's one of the most unpleasant online shopping experience I encountered.


Please look into the matter and advise as necessary.
