I bough unlocked Iphone 5 from US last July (2013) from Best Buy shop. It was a GSM one. After coming back to India, this year, i found that wake up button is not working as expected. I searched online in apple India for Iphone, and i found that Apple already knew about this problem and using my phone's serial number I am eligible for free server.

Now, for that i visited our nearest apple service Center (address provided below), I don't know from where apple recruited these people, my phone is locked (if locked how am i using ??) and as it is us purchased it is not possible to do service here.
