I Nida Nihal Khan and My husband Nihal khan we both are working in western railways and recently we got our promotin within service of 16 to 17 yrs this is our second promotion and my husband has some medical problems. In promotion we are transfered to surat as there is no vaccancy in suburban section. We applied for transfer in mumbai in suburban section since we have two small daughter one is aged 08 years and one is aged 3 yrs old my elder daughter is an special child she is an autistic child . Our problme our presented to our concern officer but their no response they mean to say that since we our junior most in the list we cant get transfer out of turn .I want to know that if their is a genuine problem then also our officer and our asmistration cannot help us i mean their are some ways out . We feel very help less that our concern officer cannot help us . Thier is nobody to listen to our problem and solve our problem. My husband had paralatic attack 3yrs back he is diabetic patient also he is on medicine and he has to visit doctor for his regular check up and my daughter has to go for her thearpy everyday for one hour one day for speech threarpy and she is adviced to continue because she is showing goor progress and if these thearpy 's are stopped it will cause a great hurdle in her life . I want help from ur side please help i have taken three months child care leave and my husband is working at surat we are facing problems our family is disturb and fancial problems are occuring and my husband if somethings happens to him who will be responsible . When we asked help from our concern officer they said if such is the problem dont accept the promotion . I mean in 17 yrs you get second promotion and after that such a big punishment that your transfered out of bombay . In railways their are some employes who are working at one place and getting their promotion too and they not being disturb and they enjoy every benefit of the railwys because they in touch of the officer.
