1. I am Sqn Ldr S Handa. I had purchased two books online from www.infibeam.com on 19 Apr 10 and paid rs 778 (through net banking) for them. The details of the order are

2. The delivery promise as indicated on the portal was 11-17 days but i have not received the books till date.
3. on 7 may 10 (after 17 days) i enquired about the books thru a phone call and also thru an email. i was told on phone that the books are coming from abroad and will take time and the promise of 11-17 days as indicated on the portal was just notionary and i should cooperate. there was no response to the email.

The delivery promise of 11-17 days has not been met with.
At least have the courtesy in giving the delay details thru email or a phone call.
this is my first buy from your portal and experience has been bitter.

4. Therafter I have made 5-6 phone calls to this group and every time i have been told the same thing. Finally when i told the told i would action against this i received an email on the 15th of may 10.

i had heard a lot about the infibeam group but sadly the association with you has been a bitter one.
this is the first response from your end. i had placed the order on 19 apr 10. the delivery promise was 11-17 days which was quite justified as the books come from abroad. but the worst part was that even after lapse of 17 days there was no effort from infibeam to drop in an email or contact on phone.
on 07 may 10 i had sent an email but there was no response. further i have made at least 5-6 phone calls since then but without any concrete result. it is to be noted that despite of me having paid the full amount upfront it appeared that infibeam is extending a favour to me.
it is requested that to spare further discomfort to me my order may please be cancelled in toto and my full money refunded.
further i assure that this unprofessional approach of your group will not go unnoticed and will be addressed appropriately.

5. I have neither received the books nor have i received any phone call/email.
6. Kindly guide regarding the next course of action.
I have made an order with Infibeam on the 23rd of Dec, 2010. The payment was made via card and subsequently, cleared from the bank. The delivery promise as per the site is 21 to 35 business days.
At the time of booking, system was showing stock of the ordered book.

I never got any status detail on order for 65 days despite of my continous phone calls and mails. after such a painful experience they sent me a mail on 25th Feb saying that the book is out of stock.
This is very unprofessional. I would strongly recommand not to use infybeam for any online purchase.
