I have bought a MAXX mobile, model no.MX465 which i bought from RS Communication, no. g35, Kalyan Trade Center, no.18 wallar road, mount road, chennai - 600002.The IMEI no of the mobile is 35********18831. The mobile I purchased is not in function from the day i purchased, and i have given it back to Your above said dealer for service. The dealer given back to me saying that the mobile is functioning properly on 18/03/2010. But I found the mobile is not functioning and i have again give it to your Dealer for service, on 19/03/2010. And till today i have not received my mobile. Therefore I request you to look forward in the matter and request you to give me a fresh mobile instead of the repaired one.
And also give proper direction to the dealers regarding the matter arised for my mobile.
Kindly do the needful.

Dont give ur mobile for service in mount road / parrys / & bussness related area they all r like fraud & they dont treat custemer well
I am not satisfied with your service. Due to LCD problem I have submit my maxx mobile model mx443, to your authorized service centre howrah "Mobile Hub" located 77 chintamoni day road,on dt. 20.10.10. But 20 days has gone i can't any responce.Now, sorry to say i will complain The Congumer Forom for your abnormal service sence.
I support this complaint.i got the one year of gurantee on maxx mob.gc121.but i dont know the service center location.i just used this mobile only for 3 months.and it is not working.
With due respect to your organization, I am compelled to express my agony in purchasing a handset from your array of products.
I have purchased MAX 475 mobile on 28th May ,2010. (Inv : 6231 / Mobile World Bhandup)

Due to some technical problem i have shown this mobile to thane service center on 16th july10,
They have reported that it is in dead condition & they have to keep it for servicing at more than a week day.
Again same problem crop up on 12th August,10. Till today i haven’t received it back.
I personally believe i would commit mistake choosing this model. Within 4 months, I have kept it > 30 days for repairing which has adverse impact on my business . It is not possible for me to keep this handset for servicing after couple of weeks.
I request you to replace this handset immediately & provide me new one.

On 3rd Sep I have been told by Service center (thane) executive that handset is ready.
Today I called from Service center regarding handset status, she replied it is not yet get repaired & they are not sure when it will be completed.
I have informed this to to your customer executive (MAX) who inturn replied to visit service center.
I can not waste my time to visit service center frequently. When i ask about replacement of handset
support desk told that it is not possible & customer have all the rights to go to consumer court. I have experienced such kind of poor response first time in my life...
I personally believe I have been deceived by MAX which force me to take further legal action.
I will put forward my grievance to the legal authorities for further advice and action …

on 10/7/14 after 1 month my mobile is not fungsaning proper so i am given my mobile to service center in borivali thakkar mall on 10/8/14 but i cant recive my mobile when i am going to service center he alwes toled me come after 15 days
i was gone 2and 3 time he was toled alwes same things to come after 15 days mymobile imei no is ********1641907 model no mx152t i requested to look forwed plesss and give replaye on my same email id
