I am a regular customer of your company. On the 10th of Jan 2010 , I bought a brand new Maxx MX525 mobile. However, upon one month of using it, problems started to appear. The buttons of the mobile are not working. Also, the mobile when switched off didnt started again. I was very surprised to discover such problems in quite an expensive model.


Naturally, i went to your customer service store three times in a month and have given to repair more than six times till date . One of your sales staff repaired it but after some days same problem occurred . The buttons are still not working. I am a science student nd not able to go this many times. The mobile i purchased was from jasmin opp circuit house baroda-08. I am very upset for your poor service.

In this regard, I insist on getting a replacement .
