hi,i broyght a mitshi 5in1 head phone from hs18 on Aug 10,2010. it is not working properly in just 2 month during the warranty period. will you please help me to replace this product with a new one?

BAD SERVICE "siti cable Network " Yamuna Nagar - HARYANA.
Dear Friends, A very big request to all of you, Please please please Don't use the SITI CABLE NETWORK /DIGITAL just because of their worst service they are providing to their customers. I have had very bad experience with SITI CABLE NETWORK / DIGITAL. My Card No. 017 6762 7956-9 is registered in Distt Yamuna Nagar, Haryana and my cable operator is "BABBAL CABLE NETWORK" Who provides the very worst service in my area after so many telephonic complaints he does not repair a long period Most he child workers they are just about to grow and just 13 to 15 year. They never picked up the phone and after a 100 calls they they pickes the and says we will repair but they never do. One of his work Mr. Aman he is just about to 15, he is very irresponsible never made his promises. Friends I think I have to knock the Consumer Court if does not resolve my complaint.
