I placed this order for a 'Joyce Chen 3-Piece 6-inch Bamboo steamer on 29th June. I did not receive the order as promised in 10 days, so I went ahead and placed request for cancellation. The Customer Service executive Mr Ajit- Cancellation gave me a request No: ******** against my cancellation request.
Today11th July at 11:20, the shipment reached my door. When I opened the shipment package. The inside package shows the content as
01. C2INUS02750929- 'Joyce Chen 3-Piece 6-inch Bamboo steamer(imported) - [MRP Rs 1077.00]
If the MRP is 1077, why did HomeShop 18 charge me Rs1797.00 for the same product.
Please refund me back the extra ammount charged, or else take back your product. I feel cheated.

Repeated calls to customer care is not helping.

You can keep waiting for vendor response. 2 months have gone bye. Please refund the extra money immediately. For me, I bought from Homeshop18 not a vendor as you are telling me.
