I purchased a Videocon "Rosa Plus" washing machine ( in the name of my wife, Mrs. Dharmishtha Pise) on 26.07.2012 from the famous electronics showroom Lotus (Palasia area in Indore). About two weeks ago, it stopped working. On my complain, a mechanic visited our home and checked the w machine and said that a part related to the gear system needs to be replaced. As the machine is still inside the two year warranty period, the part is to be replaced by the company. But after this first and only visit by the mechanic, the service people here in Indore are just not heeding to my complain in spite of several reminders and requests. They just give me false assurances every time and don't do the needful. When asked, they don't even give the reason as to why they are not attending to my complain. There manner of conversation with me on phone is also very disrespectful and irresponsible. They give the impression that they care a hoot for my complain and harassment and trouble that they are causing me. These people should be given suitable punishment so that they become polite and responsible. My wife is a working woman and can't do without the w machine. Today ( date- April 7, 2014) again I have lodged a fresh complain, the complain no is IND 0********8.
