We purchased a Videocon LED TV from Vijay sales Borivali west branch.
Details as follows:

For past 20 days, there is no picture only sound from the TV. My father, a senior citizen, has been following up regularly and still unable to get a satisfactory response from the technicians.
If your spare parts are not available, how is that a consumer problem?
Don't you have any SLAs to follow?
If this is the kind of after sales service(?) or lack of it, how do you expect customers to trust you ?
Please replace the TV, if you cannot find spare parts or refund the full money paid.
Expecting an early satisfactory resolution to this issue from your side.
