I ordered a mobile from QS Hot deals with cash memo-9599, product code-989. But the bouetooth wireless headset which is given along with the mobile is not working. I called to costumer care three times. He told me that the said accessory has no warranty and they are not responsible,and then he would asked his senior and call back me. Never call backed.The contact number is almost in switch off. I am not satisfied the other accessories like earphone and charger(very short). Plz help me sir from this cheated product.

Product code 124( New).
The mobile phone delivered is defective. The screen touch is not working properly and the battery delivered along with the handset is of wrong specifications. The battery mentioned is of 2200mAH while the battery delivered is of 800mAH.
Wrong specifications is mentioned on the battery.the battery is bl-4c which is of 800mAH is delivered.
Regarding to this I had several telephonic conversation with Mr Partik.
I am just getting assurance from his side.
Now I want a replacement of the entire phone.
Request you to kindly look into this matter and revert within 48 hrs with a permanent solution.
Else I will be forced to file a cheating case against the company in consumer forum.

Sir, Maine ek mobile order kiya tha ot mujhe dusra mobile mil gya.......or Maine complain bhi kiya......toh mujhe bola gya ki mujhe phir se delivery kiya jayega.......or wo bhi mobile avi tak nahi mila hai.......15 days ho gaye hai.......ya toh aplog mera paisa retain kar digye.......sahi mobile mujhe jaldi delivery kijye.

On seeing the paper advertisement, i had ring up to Q S hot deals mobile number, they told me that it is very advanced phone and the phone worth Rs 12,700/- on offer they are selling it to Rs 2.700 and other chargers of Rs 600 so that i have to pay Rs 3,300/-. i believed to the words and ordered the phone.
On receipt of the phone, i was very much shocked that the phone is not the latest one and it is out dated. The phone may not even worth for Rs 500/-. Batteries not good, not a android phone, no wifi, nothing.
It is very bad to loose my hard earned money. need replacement of the phone.
