I have seen the advertisement about the Vodafone Super weeks in which I can use Facebook/Orkut/Twitter free of cost. I have been trying to connect to it from the past 4 days but the vodafone browser doesn't work and the web page din't open.

To make a complaint I have been trying to call 198 but my call din't connect to the Customer Care. And when I called their other number ********50 they din't respond properly and said that this is not our department you please call 198. But my call is not connecting to 198. And those CSE's doesn't even know English properly and was keeping me on hold for such a long time.

I want the problem should be rectify asap so that I can utilize the service of Super Weeks and also the compensation should be made by the Vodafone for their poor service and very poor Customer Service.
