I Booked my trip for 2 Adults.
Details initially confirmed to me thru mail dtd 25-5-11 by sales team person, Mr Kapil.
Later he handed over to Mr Gaurav - operations member, The senior person of their once spoke to me was Abhishek.

Trip was from Penang-Cruise (thailand)- Penang(Stay)-KUL(Stay)-Genting(stay)-Singaopre(Cable car dinner).

The same got confirmed to me first by Kapil, then later thru mail dtd 2-06-11 of Gaurav.

I paid as per above.

Now the problems;

(a) There was no thailand visa arranged by your poeple though i was told on phone that it will be provided by Criuse as in charges.
- I have to shell out RM480 as charged by cruise as incl. some penalty for not arranging Thailand Visa thru my Agent in India--Misguided.....

(b) The confirmation of First orld Hotel stay of Genting was Not extended by your Malaysian Agent (Red Apple) since as per them they never confirmed stay, owever it was confimed to me while fixing Charges on 25-05-11 and I paid for it. (Spoiling Trip again IInd time)

(c) The Singapore voucher confirmed that Cable car Dinner is in Itenary & also daily Breakfast & Dinner - Mail dtd 02-06-1 by GAurav---No such given by Singapore Agent as they said we have no such confirmations.


I seek refund & also explanation that how thiongfs are being managed and why should not seek penalty from MMT company for spoiling my Trip which is so heavily paid one.


An immediate reply is expected within 3-4 days or otherwise I shall be left with no option but taking up to News media & Consumer court.
