i tried to book a ticket on 25/04/2011. The entire amount of Rs.3320 was deducted from my account for a ticket from Banglore to Hyderabad. the amount was deducted from my account but booking was unsuccessful. The company is not making the refunds after frequent requests. These freuds are to be punished. Please help me out
