what a bad services !!!!

hi , this is ashok bhagat and i had applied new connection for mtnl broadbrand and i have visited mtnl office in dc on saturady and he said that within 2-3 days you get your connection and also he gave me two contact number which is ********44,01122221504 and told me you can contact here mr yadav he will install modem at your home

and when i called mr yadav .. he told me i dont have wire so he dont know when wire is come so please wait and lot of connection pending since one month what a fu## ..he dont have wire i cant understand how can he talk like this ..

i have urgent requirement . till sat if he cant install so please refund my registration charges 500 rs
