R/siri had purchased a 3 BHK ground floor flat in township named Windsor hills developed by Assotech limited in Gwalior. I was shown sample flat which has got about 250 sq ft lawn in front of the flat and after lawn there was parking and after parking road was coming. On seeing this plan i was impressed and i booked the ground floor flat by paying extra charge as compared to other floor.The marketing agent always told us that the plan will remain same. But now the company people are saying that the plan is changed and now there will be no lawn in front of my flat and also no parking. The road will come directly in front of my flat. On contacting company manager he is now saying that this was the orignal plan and now nothing can be done. But in all the 3HK flats in the same township there is lawn and parking outside the flats. Sir, this company is cheating me. I purchased the ground floor flat only because of the outer lawn and the parking was making it attractive. Now if the plan is changed then the flat will loose all its beauty and my purpose of purchasing the flat will be ruined.
