I have purchased Inspiron N4010 on 10/09/2010. This is under warrantee and has door to door service.
On 19/11/2010, this laptop was stopped working. And I called the customer care and locked the call for this (Case No. 5694155). The customer care executive told me that, mother board of laptop has to be change and within a week, a technician will reach you and change the mother board.
On 24/11/2010, I made a call to dell customer care to know the status of my Case. The executive (Ms. Geeta) told me that, a technician has visit to me between 01 am to 02 am. But technician didn’t come. I made a call to dell customer care again, the executive (Mr. Devesh) told me that due to some problem technician has not came but tomorrow (25/11/2010) he will came definitely.
On 25/11/2010, I was still waiting to the technician but he didn’t come. Again I called the customer care on dell and the executive (Ms. Deepika) has told me that the technician now came to visit me on 26/11/2010 between 01 am to 02 am.
But still I am waiting for technician and he didn’t come. Again I made a call to customer care on same day at 3 pm and an executive told me that the visit of technician has reschedule, now he will came at 4 pm to 5 pm on same day. And the executive provided me the Service Provider name and no. (Mr. Neeraj – 05223190290) and ask me to call him and know about all. Then I made a call to Mr. Neeraj and he told me that technician is present in Mirzapur and he will reach you very soon. Also Mr. Neeraj has given the contact no. of technician (Chandan Rai- +********6661). Now I made a call to Mr. Chandan, he told me that, he is in Allahabad right now and tomorrow (27/11/2010) he will come definitely.
On 27/11/2010 at 08:18 am, I receive a sms from Chandan Rai that “Dear Customer, I am so sorry. today I will not come with the reason of some bad situation. So kindly inform you that I will come tomorrow in the morning (9 to 11 am). Thanks and regardâ€.
Due to all this matter my personal work has suffered very much and I loss lot of things. Nobody (in Dell) can understand the problem of customer. I find that Dell is providing a very poor service so that customer get frustrated as well as mentally pressure.
