Dear Sir/Mam,
i am using iphone 4. I always have a heating issue. So that i went to Coimbatore's iplanet before warrenty gets over i.e Before 4 months. They didn't respond properly, They said like its common sir. I asked for mobile replacement but they said that they were stop replacements. Now my Warrenty got over but the issue was not recovered. so that i went 2 months before, on that time they said that sorry sir warrenty gets over so we cannot replace the mobile, For replacement you have to pay 12,000Rs. I am totally disappointed with this. I felt a lot for this inconvenience.

I think, you can solve this problem. Try to replace my mobile without paying 12,000. Because before my warreny gets over, I visited iplanet more than three times and asked for replacement,they didn't respond me properly. Now my warrenty gets over and they ask money for replacements. So kindly solve this issue.
