I would like to place before you some serious usage & Customer Care problem I am facing with Apple iphone4.
I purchased my first iphone4 in the year 2011. Within 1 year of usage the earphone volume suddenly reduced significantly and it became so feeble that in crowded places I was unable to take the incoming call because I was unable to listen the caller voice. Since the phone was in Warranty period it was being replaced free of cost and the problem was taken care in the new handset provided by Apple.
Within 1 year again the same problem (Earphone Volume reduced Significantly) I started facing and now I paid Rs. 12400.00 for this replacement of set in February 2013. But I regret to say that the new set which has been provided by Apple is faulty and not of apple standard. Hence Apple has again taken back the set within 4 days of replacement(The new set was getting heated fast and very low battery backup only for 10 hours) and has assured me for another replacement in free of cost. Which is a classic example of customer harassment.
Gradually we the customers are loosing faith and Confidence on Apple products and services.
