Apple India - I am having a problem in my iPhone 5s which is not being resolved ny the service

This is in reference to my iPhone 5s which is in lost mode (IMEI No. 351********0802). On 25th. august, 2014, my phone automatically got into lost mode and is asking for an icloud id which was used to lock this phone but unfortunately its not my apple id which was used to lock the phone and I haven't registered my apple id with icloud.

I contacted Paramatrix (authorised service centre of apple in Chandigarh) on 27th. of august and they gave no positive response by asking me to contact apple care for the solution and they cannot do anything in the case, they added. I called apple care and got a response that they also cannot remove the lost mode as the phone is remotely wiped and this happens in the case of lost phones. I then contacted the reseller from which I purchased the phone and they talked to the service centre executives about the problem and they asked me to go to the service centre again with the documents of and phone and the box.

I contacted them again on 27th. august evening and gave them the details they asked for and they sent a request in apple to remove the phone from the lost mode, they also asked me to contact them after 72 hours for the response and when i contacted them after 72 hours, I got no response and was asked to wait for 2-3 days. On 3rd. September, I got a response and they told me that apple has refused to remove it. I contacted the other service centre in Mohali but got same response, I even contacted the area manager of apple Mr. Swapnil Kashyap but he also asked me to contact apple care again.

Sir/Ma'am, I have spent half a lac rupees on the device as it is an apple device for which it is known. The security of apple devices are for the benefit of the customers but I am the one who is facing sheer disappointments because of this, now am i supposed to bear the loss? I've been roaming here and there from so long but got no positive response.

I, therefore request you to please look into my matter and solve it as soon as possible as I am facing a lot of trouble because of this. I have attached the copy of my invoice. I'll be very thankful to you!
