I'm resident of Powai, Mumbai. I have 5 times called HT customer Care 022-******** and have asked them to send an Executive to subscribe for Yearly subscription. They have informed that a 250/year subscription is available. Every time some agent takes call and they already have my details and tells me we would send executive in a week, but no one visited till now. Its extremely disappointing service. It looks like they are not at all interested in sale of newspaper. One of the executive's name is Neelesh. I'm heighly dissppointed with this and request you to please send an executive with Subscription.

I support this complaint. I have called HT customercare for renewal of subscription in Dec2010 & was told that they will send the executive in couple of days However stilll after 3 months , executive has not come to collect the cheque. Poor service.
I support this complaint. The Service is Most Poorest in the industry. Even after colecting the subscription money from me a couple of months back, the coupons are not delivered till date.

Having subscribed for and paid the money to Local newspaper vendor,despite we havee not received the coupon and they does not seem to do or check for it also.
Its real pathetic service here,despite many efforts thier representative is neither responding to calls or giving proper feedback.
Did not expected such service from HT times.
