I have ssubscribed for Hindustan Times Jubilant Offer(1 year) after paying Rs 540 on 130311, till date I have made several calls to their customer services with the complaint number 108 and 109. However instead of this they have still not started the service. As per the Jubillant Offer I am eligible for a gift coupon along with 1 year of Hindustan times and sunday times for the next one year. My subscrition coupon number is 803886. I request the concerned authority to look into the matter and revert accordingly.
