This is very hard to say that , I did a major mistake by took a personal loan from CitiFinancial . The day I took loan from you people I was in a unnecessary deep mental harassment. Every month your people calling me to pay the emi . while every time I questioned why ECS is not presented. They left with no answer or stating problem is at my end . no one is ready to accept the fault .
I had given thrice signed ECS form to your collection agent & every time I get a fake commitment that from next time issue will be resolve. But all in vain
Now after this much of harassment I decide to not to pay EMI by cash or cheque if you people want please get the amount collected via ecs only or please close this account I am ready to full n final ( justified ) amount.
Please take this a request or cautionary warning . if it is not get closed or resolved permanently I will take the shelter of consumer law.
