Hi,

I passed my LLR test on 21/05/2011 was given the passed slip with the number Ap028/38922/2011/L at Kondapur RTA

I have made more than 10 trips to the Kondapur RTA and he tells its posted to Post Office and the Post Man who I know from 10 years tells if he has received he would have given to me straight away

Now my Learning License is expired and is a big issue when ever traffic cops stop me.

Please try to help me out.
