I am writing this feedback based on the fact that I was harassed by your Airport Officer Incharge for Go Airways Mr. Shouvdata Das at Pune Airport on 10/6/2011,

It is very disturbing that the staff is very immature, not at all helping not at all cordial & not understanding. I had a flight at 10:45 pm with my ticket PNR F9MDMY, I reached the airport at 10:15 pm due to heavy jams in Pune as it was raining.

Prior to me there was one person to whom the officer in charge was giving the boarding pass just infront of me in the ques, but he didn't gave the boarding pass to me & told that the boarding is closed & you are late. I requested & pleaded a lot to him that its very urgent for me to go to delhi but he didn't listened & started shouting at me. I was mentally harassed. I contacted the call center but they didn't helped too.
I am moving to the press & the consumer court against the air line for the mental trauma I had suffered.
I had a loss of Rs 10000/- approx for the ticket & next flight I took with GO Airways at 10:45 am in the morning which cost me around Rs 6408/- (PNR FP5W37). & this flight was delayed by approximately 40 mins.

Can the airlines clarify that airlines has the right to delay the flight & customer needs to understand but when customer is late due to unavoidable circumstances why airlines don't understand.

I am very much disturbed & taking a legal action against the airlines.
