Hi,
I bought my ipad air wifi celleur on 21st April 2014 and within 10 days I started facing hardware issues. Took it to imagine service center authorised by Apple on 2nd may 2014 and I was told that the issue needs to be looked and they'll let me know. I got a call from the store the same evening stating that it's hardware issue and it needs to be replaced and for that they would need my apple account details to restore before they can place a req for replacement. I was promised that I will get the replacement by Sunday. I called the scoreboard Sunday and learned that I will get it on Tuesday.
I am upset because whenever I am calling then I am getting the update as to what's the resolution end date. This is how the customers are treated? Here I am waiting hoping I will get my ipad by Sunday and when I call them I get a different date of delivery.
This is causing lot of inconvienve to me as lot of my official work is pending because of this.
Can someone look into this and make sure I can get it by Tuesday 6th may 2014.
