I have so many problems with my iPhone which is only 2 months old, that i am not interested in collecting the phone from CP service Center. There customer care is Pathetic so are there service Centers in Delhi.
I will attach my mails which i have sent to Customer service & there Management, but there is no response:

Please check how Pathetic Service you provide & what sort of Harassment your customers have to go through.
After this mail I will start sharing this Email on social Websites & start sending this mail to all my contacts, as neither your executives nor your senior executives are ready to listen or even your management is not responding.
As spoke with last rep Ameen :- Want in writing from apple if anything happens to me cuz of that phone, apple will be responsible for same until then will not collect my phone as phone is still with service center. As that phone is a Risk.
& if you guys cant do that it means you dont trust ur device, then why should i take a chance on my life.

& what happened is i neither did i receive any call nor did the service center at CP receive any call (as confirmed by CP service center).
SO i called you back on Jul 08, 2014 apprx after 5 days from the day promised bla bla bla & all other JAZZZZ.
Yesterday I spoke to more than 4 people in customer care after you told me will call back with in 30 minutes. Which never happened.
All customer care & Senior Reps. Disconnected my calls.
what should i do know ... Why should i TRUST APPLE Give me 1 good Reason.

Problem is My phone is heating up .. Firstly front & back used to heat up now even the Steel (side panel) is heating up, & whn i am using my phone for more than 30 minutes i have very bad sensation in my fingers & it is so bad that i have to dip my fingers in cold water to get rid of it.. (probably will have to refer a Doctor for same) ..
Now even there is network Problem & there is problem with Wifi... Cant talk on my phone more than 30 minutes,
there are end number of problems .. would need more than hours time to wirte it down...
If we talk about harassment a customer can go through this will be the limit of it & after this probably a person can go to Consumer court or through his phone away.
After speaking to u on the phone Ist time(in 2 mnths) felt like there can be a resolution to this Issue
