i am a vodafone postpaid customer and i received bill dated 1.6.13 for which i was charged rs 10,060 for 1 gb data usage for which the company has a plan of rs 99. i had given in written to stop my backberry plan and activate 1 gb plan, but backberry plan was stop and 1gb data plan was not activated.
to my surprise when the bill came.
i have contacted the store in solan and the worker there are saying we had sent the request but the plan was not activated by seniors and he has sent me the forwarded mail also but the company in not accepting its fault and asking me to pay the money and port my no.
i hag given in wrriten on 15th and i want that the bill should come as per the pack on 15.
please help me
