Its highly disappointing that apple can ever deliver such a poor quality screen in their I Phone 6 phones.

I have been using my phone since past 5 months have faced lots of issues regarding the performance. But yesterday it was the height over everything.

I kept my phone safely in the pocket before leaving office and when i reached home their were many big cracks on the screen.

Touch is working fine but the glass was all broken. I immediately checked the nearest apple service center and visited their today's morning.

They did the diagnosis and there was no hamper in the hardware as well as no scratch on the body too.

They said they will confirm once with I- Phones people itself and now they called me and said apple has denied for the replacement and I will have to pay the whole money.

Its like harassing a person without any wrong doing from them.

Pathetic service and quality delivered, highly disappointed.
