This is regarding the consignment no. MUO265090 shipped by Dr. A.C. Mishra, Ranchi and addressed to Vivek Garg, Chennai. Shipment date was 20th june 2012.

The condition of the consignment was shocking at the time of delivery...it was already open (a rare experience with first flight couriers) and completely damaged. I took a picture of the delivery boy along with the shipment at the time of delivery. I have attached it here.

The consignment was totally damaged. It had raw mangoes in it and while sending it, it was well flagged at First Flight office. While accepting the shipment I was told reassuringly that " Ye first flight hai sir...Jaisa saaman aap yahan de rahe hain waisa hi wahan milega". I believed it then!

Overall, a very sad experience. We spent some Rs. 1800 for the delivery of magoes worth rs550 and now repent on choosing your esteemed courier service. Lot of emotional values were attached to it.

I have been constantly following up with their representatives and they keep asking for more time. Once they even agreed to issue a refund but then later backed off. Now they don even reply to my emails or phone calls.
