I ordered a mobile phone on naaptol.com on the process of cash on delivery from nalgonda.they delivered the product to me from first flight courier services(c/no is LB0753720). I received the parcel on 4-02-2010 at nalgonda.i gave money to courier person and i opened that before the courier person i found that there is no mobile in it, i found only charger and car charger and pouch in it. I asked the courier person what can I do now then he replied that he can not return my money. back .he told that he raises a complain to his higher authorities that I did not receive mobile phone in the parcel and I also gave a written complaint to first flight courier on 8-02-2010 but they did not gave me any replay then untill 16-02-2010
I ordered same mobile phone again on naaptol.com from nalgonda on the process of cash on delevery.they delivered the product to me from first flight courier services(c/no LB0786631)is i went to courier office to receive. When I saw the parcel i noticed that the seal condition is different compare to which I received the parcel on 4-02-2010 (c/no is LB0753720).
the seal condition of the parcel which i received on 4-02-2010 (c/no is LB0753720). was broken and reseald.before it delivered to me at nalgonda.
The main issues are
The consignment LB0753720 destination is showing at Hyderabad but I received that at nalgonda. The consignment LB0786631 the destination is showing at nalgonda. Both consignments are showing different destinations in first flight courier website .both is ordered by me from nalgonda and both are delivered to nalgonda.
The seal condition of the both consignments different. Where as both parcels came from the naaptol.com for the same product
I mailed the above information to first flight courier higher authorities .they did not send me any return mails
The poor quality of first flight courier services caused me loss of my money 4200 rupee
