My Complaint Description:
I have receive a call on dated 13.03.2016 from www.Mart2Allcom where Mr. Gaurav told that your number is selected in lucky 10 customer with a assured free gift with combo offer in with 1 watch, 3 diamond, power bank & sun-glass of Rs 8787 along with HP Laptop free. At that time he told me that you have to pay in installment I had ordered on same time my balance but no installment is done and full amount debited from my account of Rs 8787 .I had payment through Creadit card .That was confirmed that your Balance will return your account with in 24 hrs. After Twenty days I received a combo the all item was duplicate quality but assured gift was not in the box. When i call in company he said that your gift has sealed in logistics department and you have to pay 4250 rs for service tax. Then your gift will released. Now i want your help please help me and return my money and take a hard action against this www. Mart2all .com company. many people has cheated and complained against this website but nobody has arrested these fraud people that why his business is running successfully.so I will always helpful to you anytime and I have all mails and and contact no. mentioned above if you required.
