I got a call & mail from mart2all (sales Representative Cell NO .--********44, mail ID --offer.promo@mart2all.com ) , informing me that they selected me for their promotional offer which they offered for selective customers on date 18/02/2016. To get this offer I need to pay Rs. 8787/ only. I was offered a combo kit ( diamonds, wrist watch,goggle,powerbank) with assured gift (Samsung LED) of my choice.
I paid the mentioned amount in two instalments , first one by online through debit card & then by net banking . Amount is credited to IDBI Account no. 10********35972, IFS Code - IBKL0000109 on date 22/02/2016. (Order No . - M2A-223147438 ). After three days, I received combo kit ,but assured gift was missing . When I called mart2all customer care ( 011********) , they said assured gift sealed by their logistic department due to pending service tax. When I called Mr. Gaurav Kapoor ( Logistic Head) – ********16, he was asking me to pay service tax about Rs. 3250. I asked him why mart2all didn’t informed me about service tax when I purchased order. He has no answer. I had sent mails to help.enquiry@mart2all.com , ceo@mart2all.com, offer.promo@mart2all.com, but there is no response from them. Till date today, I have not received gift & all these people ( customer care, sale representative,Mr. Gaurav Kapoor ) are not receiving my phone. Mart2all is cheating with people by fake promotional offer.
So I request this forum to help in getting back my money.
I got this call from India 2 shop that i am lucky customer who is assured a free gift if I purchase their deal of the day offer of 8252. I selected I Phone 7 for my assured gift and paid amount of 8252. I was told that my gift has been dispatched same day and provided tracking number. After 5 days I got my Deal of day offer but no sign of Apple I phone for which I had gone ahead and accepted their terms. After calling their help line, came to know that my I phone is stuck in Thier logistics and I have to pay GST and packing charges. This was never informed during the initial call. I ageed to pay the above payment. After 3-4 more follow ups , I was again up for a new suprise, I need now pay insurance as well. All this was never communicated. Only after following up they are coming up with new charges. Now I have paid almost 30% of amount. An item which was supposed to be free, ended up paying 30% of the amount.
Still I have not received my assured gift. It's been 3 weeks. Calling them daily but they do not have tracking number for such a valuable item costing 70000 but they gave me tracking number for item which costed 8252. Hahaha. Do not know what to do. Laugh or cry.
