I bought a policy 3 years ago the broker told me that I ll get guaranted benefits and then I did investigation about the policy so I made a call to Hdfc life customer care no. They said me the same point that you will get guaranted benefits but now when I demanded a written explanation of policy by company through IRDA then I got a call from Hdfc life and executive told me about the policy and he mentioned that the benefits are not guaranteed may be you will get according to performance may be not and then I lodge a complaint to Bima lokpal the complaint no. Is HDFC468622 and next day I got a call from them through mobile no. And he said me that I have only one option that I will help you to change your policy to another company by swapping it so he said for this you have to buy a policy now I bought a policy but they are not giving me any proof or anything it's been more than 2 months now please help me I can't pay the instalments I am just 22 years old orphan please help me to get over it I spent all my savings my college fees into it I am feeling helpless am getting into depression
