i took an auto on 19/05/2010 at 12:30 in the afternoon from sarojini hospital, mehadipatnam to afjal gunj. usually the charges go around 45 rupees...but today it went around 90 rupees, i cud also see the price in the meter doubling up very quickly. when i told the same to driver , he started fighting with me. please kindly look in to the matter. if v dnt stop here , these auto drivers will sit on our heads.

Auto - Ap11 Y 5589, Owner Name: Kishan. I took this auto from Banjara hills road no-1 to Patny center. The auto was tampered so much, which showed as 19 Km fin distance. It was costed 200 INR. The actual distance is approximately 8-9 Km. This meter was so fast tampered so much. I request you look after this issue and please make sure that this kind of cheating should not be repeated.
I agree with this complaint as i had the same experience many times.It is a menace and something should be done about it.The auto drivers get away with anything.I personally fight back by calling the control room and giving the auto license number.
support this complaint. Even I took an auto number AP 11 Y 3300 on April 09, 2012 from Sec-Bad Rly Stn to Srinagar Colony and normally the meter comes to not more than 80 rupees. But that day it crossed 106 rupees. When bringing this to his attention he started fighting. He don't have his Name plate displayed also. On telling him to lodge a complaint against him, he was adamant that no authorities can do anything against him. In my opinion, these incidents should be controlled immediately to maintain the charm of the city of Hyderabadis.

I support this complaint. Even I took an auto number AP 13 W 2583 on May 30, 2010 from Malakpet to Vijaynagar Colony and normally the meter comes to not more than 50 rupees. But that day it crossed 65. When bringing this to his attention he started fighting and threatening. On telling him to lodge a complaint against him, he was adamant that no authorities can do anything against him. In my opinion, these incidents should be controlled immediately to maintain the charm of the city of nizams.

Myself Saleem came from bangalore. I took an auto on 06/04/2013 at 12:30 in the afternoon from MOOSARAMBAGH SBH BANK to MGBS. Normal the charges go around 30-35 rupees... But it gone around 110 rupees, i could also see the price in the meter doubling up very quickly. when i told the same to driver , he given closing to me... and said that meter price is doubled as per govt. & diesel rate has been increased. Please kindly look in to the matter.
