I placed an order for Carolina Herrera For Men perfume on 15th Nov 2012 at 6.01 pm vide order number 10354390. Payment for the same was made through net banking for Rs. 2199/-. The delivery was expected to happen within 15-20 working days but the customer care representatives confirmed they would try and process the order at the earliest.

On 19th Nov 2012 at 3.10 pm, I got a mail from customerfirst@timtara.com saying the product was ready for shipment and the AWB No and courier details would be shared at the earliest.

Since then till date I have been following up with various people in the organisation through emails/ calls to understand when the product would be delivered. I dont get any reply to my mails but whenever I call up customer care, I get different versions from different representatives, but no solution. I have even asked for a refund in case of non-availability of the product but to no avail. In fact, now I feel, the customer care representatives think of this as a joke and while talking to me they claim their names to be celebrity names and do not even give me their proper names.

I had written to nisha@timtara.com last and I finally heard from her on 26th Dec 2012 at 5.40 pm saying that the product cannot be dispatched and I could order anything else from the list provided.

I am not interested in buying anything else and since the product is not available I requested for a refund alongwith my due interest. However, since then I have not heard from anyone in the organisation. It has been a harrassment buying product from timtara.com which claim to be rated No.1 for user experience.
