I like to highlight one of my case with Unicon Real Estate India company.
Below just summarizing the whole case for you:

I booked two units S-102 & S-202 in one of the Noida project (Prateek Wisteria) about 2 year back through Unicon. At the time of booking I have been issued two debit notes from Unicon & committed to me that after I will pay 30% amount demand to the builder, Unicon release me the payment that has been mentioned in the debits notes.

But I already paid more than 80 % amount to the builder but still I haven't received the full amount from the Unicon. I am only keep on following this case from the two year but not getting any proper response or not seeing any output.

Now we reached the condition that peoples stop responding to my mails.I keep on posting the mails to the higher management but no one respond on my mails.

I hope you can understand the customer frustration or what kind of service customer is getting from Unicon. I never believed or imagined that this kind of worst condition I will face with one of the big Real State Company.My assumption about the company was wrong, Unicon is a fraud company which use to making frauds with the customers.there is no management in the company to resolve the customer issues for the nameshake only they have made an email id helpdesk@unicon.com which do nothing only fire automated mails to the customer if someone mail on this mail id.There is no system or mo one who see the complains logged on this mail id.

Pls. help me to get my money from Unicon fraud company.I will never suggest anyone to do deal with this company,In this company employees have so much freedom that they do fraud without any hesitation as they know there is no one to stop them in this company.
