In april month i recived call from ur side ,she is speaking with Hdfc bank credit card department and regarding redeem point not using last time so we provide gift goods anjing 6999/-against ur redeem point without pay any amount then i said okay but its show ur credit card statment in next we will refund in ur account soon or next month but still I not get any gift goods from ur side and my amount also not refund ,so kindly look this matter and sholve the issue and refund my amount.
