We had ordered a 4 tiered wedding cake as displayed on the website: https://cakestudio.in/items/wedding-pink-cake-6.5kgs/55d8121b-3770-4027-ae8f-454a6ab91d3e/delhi
for a price of Rs. 10,550/-

However the cake that was delivered of us was not as promised and not worth the money that we had paid -
1. The bottom layer of the cake was made of thermocol and not cake. This was the biggest fraud that they committed.
2. The icing was of extremely poor quality and not done by a professional.
3. The cake was tilting to one side. The layers were not stacked properly.
4. The message that we had requested for was not written on the cake.
5. No knife had been provided with the cake.
6. The cake was delivered before the requested time so we were not at the venue while the deliveryman delivered the cake and ran away. We tried to call him multiple times to at least get a knife but he stopped receiving our calls after delivering the cake.

We have also attached a photo of the cake shown in the website vs the cake delivered. You can see the poor quality of icing, the tiling cake and the overall poor quality of the cake.

We demand a full refund of the money.
