I have booked my order yesterday noon(Order number : 3875). But one colleague said He had misunderstanding about my location and your company can not deliver cake on my location. As i did not get cake from them, I already applied for full refund. But they didn’t respond till now.

There is major concern behind this review,, yesterday before valentines day a Website which have same name like yours, known as Floraex they told me we are the part of Florex we are working for Florex and they said to whatsapp to me, taken all the information regarding delivery of flowers, and said to paytm them. and nothing they delivered,
they not only fraud me almost for 850 rs but also played with emotions.

please i am requesting you kindly take strict action , they are spoiling your name also.
After making several assurance, cake is still not delivered and nobody is replying online and the number which has been given for help is switched off! What is this?
