I
ordered a
Nokia C5 worth Rs.7293 on 15th
June,2013 (order no.-134406), but
later i
was told that the item is out of
stock. I was told that the
amount would be refunded in
15 days but even after 45 days I
have not received the money.
They always put some excuse such
as technical problem. They have now
even stopped replying to my tickets
and emails.
Later I saw many such
complaints on the internet regarding fraudulent activities of kaunsa.com. I have registered
complain with consumer
court. Complaint Id.- 61475/3/2013. I have also demanded a compensation of Rs.2000.
